Who we are
A management team that has seen it all
Event Operation Specialists brings decades of combined experience running the two moments that make or break an event day: getting people in, and getting them home. Our highly experienced, industry-respected team plans, staffs and runs the whole operation so organisers can focus on the show. All our key staff members are certified in ACT Awareness through ProtectUK.
Parking Management Services
Temporary car parking, run properly
Marshalled arrivals, neat efficient parking, and smooth departures. Nobody
gets blocked in, pedestrians are kept safe. From showground fields to festival hardstanding, we design
the layout, manage the traffic flow and staff every lane.
Parking is a core part of our service, and we use a bespoke app to manage events. This gives us real-time visibility of staffing levels, incident management and reporting.
Ticketing and Audit Services
Ticketing & admissions
Fast, friendly, accurate gate operations. We handle ticket sales, scanning
and entry management for high-profile events, keeping queues short and
moving. Every guest checked, every gate manned.
We have a dedicated audit team to ensure compliance and accuracy. Every ticket sold is fully accounted for and every penny taken is properly recorded.
